Sambal Belacan

  1. Lada besar & lada kecik dihentak sampai lumat.
  2. Ambik belacan, gaul dengan lada yang telah dihentak tadi.
  3. Tambah gula dan garam secukupkup rasa.
  4. Perah air asam limau (limau nipis ya..kasturi pun boleh), secukupkup rasa.
  5. Hidang.
  6. Nyam nyam nyam..
